I believe God calls every one of us to flourish — in our work, our leadership, and our walk of faith. Whether I’m in the classroom, the pulpit, or a coaching conversation, my heart is the same: to help you see what God has already placed in you, and to lead from that place with courage.

For more than 25 years I’ve helped leaders and organizations move through growth, transformation, and change — as a professor at High Point, Elon, and Bennett, as the founding Executive Director of Women’s Leadership at High Point University, and as a National Director with InterVarsity. I’d love to walk alongside you, your team, or your congregation.
